Best advice:  Wait as long as possible to have the caffeine – burn out otherwise VERY likely!

espresso-coffeeLesson this week?  Chill out.  Close call with a school bus on Mangawhai Road – I ended up in the ditch but am injury free. Puts everything in perspective.

Favourite day this last week?  Yesterday – taper started!

Secret weapon No. 2:  Sleep.  Try sleeping 13 hours and see how you feel (only relevant if you really need it).  All the Podcasts suggested this is the best treatment. Now I believe them.
