Why not move while you sit typing?
Why not stretch while reading an email?
Why not dig a spikey ball into the buttocks while you’re driving?
We moved and grooved this week with a focus on continual movement/stretching/mobility. Make it a several times a day activity rather than once every few days. Listen to the body telling you where it feels tight and gently move it.
