5 FUN THINGS TO DO FOR YOUR FEET TODAY!

Click here for idea number 1.

WALK ON STONES AND GRASS

When you walk on flat surfaces, you use only 3-4 joints instead of the 33 joints available in the foot!

Stones in Hallway

Try some stones in your hallway – on the most used part of the house – you’ll then get some foot conditioning every time you pass by.

DITCH YOUR JANDLES

Jandles require your big and second toe to squeeze the rubber piece between them => leading to bunions!

SWAP YOUR SLIPPERS
Slippers =>squeezing toes => bunions (again!) AND shuffling => tight hips.

CRACKED HEELS?
Transition slowly to natural surfaces in order to toughen up the skin.

SWAP YOUR HEELS FOR MINIMAL FOOTWEAR – BOYS AND GIRLS!
A heeled shoe (and that’s most males’ shoes as well) => leaning forward => throwing your hips forward => over squeezing your bottom => tight neck => headaches….. and that’s just one day of wearing them! The body compensates by shortening muscles and lengthening others (not good lengthening like stretching) which overtime leads to back pain, bunions, plantar fasciitis, neck pain etc etc etc.  I could go on!

Heeled shoes

Look at the calf – see how it’s naturally shortened with the lift of the heel?
