Use your Pilates spine Aileen!
As a teacher I have a great deal of admiration for Jacquelyn. She is creative, energetic, boundlessly enthusiastic, encouraging and totally committed to making a difference to people’s lives. Every time I got tired from walking I kept hearing her voice say “Use your Pilates spine”! I did!
