Instant relief from disc pain!


Using the Elevator Pilates technique [] I was able to get instant relief from discomfort of disc damage.  It really came in handy on a 12 hr flight a few days later proving for me it’s very effective.

The Wagon Wheels Pilates technique [] takes a few minutes to do. It changed the way my balance and co-ordination worked in my legs and lower back.  My stance changed and it was like learning to walk again. the ‘new’ feeling lasted about two days.
