Martin is now running a movement class with all sorts of amazing teaching on Tuesday nights at 6.30 pm.

Jacquelyn is on sabbattical for 2020.

A class for our patients at Mangawhai Osteopathy. These classes are designed to help you restore or improve function, mobility and strength to move and feel better in and about yourself.

Martin will teach the movement classes and will be in dialogue with Ben and Jacquelyn to offer you a regular and affordable option to improve your wellbeing and how you move.

Focus is to support the benefits of osteopathic or myofascial treatments so that you feel better in a shorter amount of time and learn more ways to integrate what we teach into your life.

Everyone who is a patient at Mangawhai Osteopathy is welcome to join no prior experience required. The way Martin designs the classes enables everyone to participate exactly where they are at.

Martin likes to bring his experience from many different movement disciplines into the class so that you can find what works for you and what you enjoy doing.

Classes are limited in number so you book to you secure your space.  No term commitment.

What do I pay?

  • STARTER PACKAGE $50 FOR 5 SESSIONS – Everyone gets to use one of these packages.  Use within 3 months.
  • REGULARS $130 FOR 10 SESSIONS – Use within 6months
  • PAY AS YOU GO $15
