Here’s how we’ve been developing the principles for getting strong via pushing and pulling in everyday life.
What is this class? A class for my patients specifically designed using knowledge from my training in classical Pilates, Rehabilitative Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training and Biomechanics.
Purpose: To make you so strong & supple you will need less treatment!
Where: Mangawhai Osteopathy, Unit 3, The Hub, 6 Molesworth Drive, Mangawhai Village
When: Thursdays at 8.45am Experienced/ 9.45am Newbies

- Classes are limited in number so you book to you secure your space. No term commitment.
WHAT DO I PAY?
- STARTER PACKAGE $50 FOR 5 SESSIONS – Everyone gets to use one of these packages. If you’ve already done more than five classes, lucky you. On to the regular plan now. If you’ve only done less than five classes, you get to use one of these packages. Use within 3 months.
- REGULARS $130 FOR 10 SESSIONS (use within 1 year)
- PAY AS YOU GO $15
