Movement is Medicine

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his or her patients in the care of the human frame, in a proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.

With one session with Jacquelyn I was able to look deeper into the severe pain I have been suffering in my Achilles.
I have been questioning why I wear footwear all of the time.
My foot has been crying out to get out of its "cast" (shoe) and move freely.
I truly feel I have weakened the strength of my foot disabling the natural movements and causing pain in my Achilles.
I am now making a conscious effort to free my feet from their casts.
The pain is lessening.
